A knowledgeable and engaging consultant, coach and presenter, Alice has a passion for practice management and working with all kinds of wealth management professionals. She has worked with advisors in many different respects through her experience in sales on the asset management side and in management at one of the largest wealth management firms in Canada. Alice sees hundreds of advisors practices across the country and shares the best ideas to help advisors enhance their skills and build more successful businesses.

Bruno is responsible for supporting advisors within CI GAM's key channel partner network in the areas of professional development and practice management. Before joining CI GAM, Bruno spent many years in various business development roles, and later on in his career, he transitioned to professional development and consulting roles working for a number of multi-national companies in industries such as technology, telecommunications and financial services. Bruno is a skilled coach, consultant, presenter and facilitator who has worked with thousands of advisors across the country, helping them build better businesses and deliver more value to their clients.

Kaitlyn is a skilled consultant, coach, and content creator bringing over 14 years of industry experience to her role at CI Global Asset Management. As Director, Advisor Development with CI Advisor Consulting’s Practice Management team, Kaitlyn is responsible for creating and presenting industry-leading practice management content to advisors across Canada, as well as conducting one-on-one consulting on a wide range of topics. Additionally, Kaitlyn is extensively trained in behavioural finance and was named one of Wealth Professional Canada’s Leading Women in Wealth in 2022.
