CI Global Asset Management Announces Confirmed Annual Reinvested Distributions for JFT Strategies Fund

TORONTO (January 7, 2022) – CI Global Asset Management (“CI GAM”) confirms the following reinvested distributions (the “Reinvested Distributions”) for JFT Strategies Fund (the “Fund”), previously announced on December 9, 2021, for the year ending December 31, 2021.

Reinvested Distributions

The Reinvested Distributions will be paid on or before January 14, 2022, to holders of record on December 31, 2021. The Reinvested Distributions will be paid by the issuance of securities of the Fund, and immediately thereafter, the issued and outstanding capital of the Fund will be consolidated such that the number of issued and outstanding securities of the Fund does not change.

The actual taxable amounts of all distributions for 2021, including the tax characteristics of the distributions, will be reported to brokers (through CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. or “CDS”) and will be posted on www.firstasset.com in early 2022.
